Roll Call Professional Networking @ PepsiCo, Chicago
IMPORTANT SECURITY & REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Due to the tremendous response to today’s Roll Call Chicagoland networking event at PepsiCo, no additional tickets will be released before 3:45 p.m. This allows us to ensure registered guests are entered into the building security system and have name badges prepared in advance.
If you are already registered, please check your email — including your spam folder — for two separate security messages:
iLobby / FacilityOS: You must confirm your information to receive the QR code used for check-in on the 3rd floor.
HQO: You will receive a separate QR code for entry through the main lobby turnstiles.
Please have both QR codes ready when you arrive.
After 3:45 p.m., any walk-in guest must first secure an available event ticket and complete the required building security registration before proceeding to the event. Walk-in admission cannot be guaranteed.
We appreciate everyone’s patience with the Old Post Office security process and look forward to welcoming you to Roll Call Chicagoland networking at PepsiCo.
Roll Call Returns to PepsiCo
Join Roll Call Chicagoland on Tuesday, September 15, from 4:00–6:30 p.m. for an evening of networking, connection, and camaraderie at PepsiCo in Chicago’s Old Post Office.
PepsiCo has been a longstanding supporter of Roll Call Chicagoland and our military-affiliated community, and we’re grateful to return with the support of the PepsiCo VALOR Employee Resource Group as our host.
Whether you’re looking to grow your professional network, meet fellow veterans and military spouses, or simply reconnect with the Roll Call community, we hope you’ll join us.
Getting There & Parking
The Old Post Office is located at 433 W. Van Buren St. in Chicago. Paid parking is available in the building and in nearby lots, but complimentary parking is not available for this event. If you’re driving, we recommend using your favorite parking app ahead of time to compare nearby options and rates. Limited street parking may also be available.
Public transit is a convenient option. Chicago Union Station is approximately 0.3 miles away, and the Clinton Blue Line station is approximately 0.2 miles away—both just a short walk from the Old Post Office.
Building Access & Check-In
Because PepsiCo is located in a secure building, advance registration is especially important for this event. Roll Call will provide PepsiCo with our final attendee list the day before the event so each guest can be registered with building security.
In addition to your Roll Call event confirmation, you will receive a separate registration message from PepsiCo/The Old Post Office. Please watch for that message before the event.
When you arrive, you will need to check in at The Old Post Office security desk, where you’ll receive a visitor pass and instructions for proceeding to PepsiCo. Guests will then be escorted to the event space.

August Networking Event
Building Stronger Connections Through Stronger Partnerships
Every Roll Call networking event brings together veterans, military spouses, employers, and community leaders. This month, we're proud to showcase the power of collaboration.
Join us at Security Innovation Hub, a veteran-owned business dedicated to advancing innovation and supporting those who have served. We're also excited to co-host this event with the Chinese Mutual Aid Association's Illinois APEX Accelerator, whose work helps businesses navigate government contracting and expand economic opportunity. Helping bring everyone together is our food sponsor, Chicago Flavas, a celebrated Chicago small business known for bringing people together through exceptional food and hospitality.
Whether you're transitioning from military service, exploring your next career move, looking to hire outstanding talent, or simply wanting to strengthen your professional network, Roll Call offers an opportunity to build meaningful relationships in a welcoming, mission-driven environment.
There are no presentations. No sales pitches. Just genuine conversations with people who want to see one another succeed.
Come meet employers, entrepreneurs, community partners, educators, and fellow veterans who believe that careers—and communities—are built through connection.
We look forward to seeing you there.

Rockin’ for Our Vets: America 250, featuring Gary Sinise & The Lt. Dan Band
This summer, Roll Call Chicagoland is proud to be a selected beneficiary of Rockin’ for Our Vets: America 250, a one-of-a-kind concert event hosted by West Suburban Foundation for Disabled Veterans at Cantigny Park on July 11.
Featuring a live performance by Gary Sinise & the Lt. Dan Band and special guest HunterGirl, this event brings together veteran-serving organizations, families, and supporters for an evening that celebrates service, community, and connection.
Proceeds from the event will support Roll Call Chicagoland and fellow nonprofit partners working every day to strengthen the veteran community across our region.
Join us in showing up—for our veterans, for each other, and for a cause that continues long after the music ends. Tickets and sponsorships are managed by our partners—use the link below to access the official event page.
Professional Networking
Roll Call Chicagoland Returns to Lake County
An evening of networking and community for veterans, transitioning service members, and military-connected professionals.
What to expect:
Our sponsors and partners—including hiring managers, resource providers, and community leaders—will be on hand to share open roles and support initiatives designed for veterans, service members, and military families. Members of the Roll Call Executive Committee will also be present to offer guidance, make introductions, and connect you with meaningful professional development opportunities.
Resumés are not required, but we strongly encourage you to download or update your LinkedIn mobile app ahead of time—many of our attendees prefer to connect digitally during and after the event.
To help you make the right connections quickly, we’ll be using a color-coded lanyard system: Red lanyards are for job seekers, blue lanyards for mentors and supporters, and white lanyards for staff and volunteers. If you're unsure which group you fall into, don’t worry—our check-in team will guide you when you arrive.
Beyond the Call: Veteran Business Symposium
We’re doing something a little different—and more intentional—for our monthly networking event.
For Beyond the Call: Veteran Business Symposium, Roll Call Chicagoland is partnering with the Southland Development Authority, APEX Accelerator, and the Village of Richton Park to bring together veteran leaders, resource partners, and the broader community for an evening that blends meaningful conversation with real connection.
It’s still Roll Call at its core—just with a format designed to make each connection count.
